The centerpiece of Philadelphia.s Avenue of the Arts, The
hotel is located at Ten Avenue of the Arts in the landmark
Girard trust Company Bank Rotunda and Tower. Originally built
as The Girard Trust Company and home to the Girard Bank. McKim
, Mead and White, who are also known for Boston.s Symphony
Hall, Columbia University and the Washington Square Arch in
New York, designed the building between 1901 and 1904. Actual
construction took place between 1905 and 1909. The tower was
further modified in the 1930s. The current design merges past
and present with elegance and sensitivity and has been
completely renovated to suit the needs of today.s traveler.

Direction to the Property from Airport PHL -
Follow I-95 Northbound
to I-76 West. Follow I-76 West and take Exit 39
-The 30th Street Station exit. Continue
straight until the 2nd traffic light. At the
light..turn right onto Market Street. Make a
right onto Broad Street. The hotel will be on
your right at Chestnut.
Direction to the Property from I-95 South -
Follow I-95 South into Philly
Exit 334 onto 676 W. Follow this to the Broad
Street Central Philadelphia exit. This exit
leads to 15th Street heading South. Follow 15th
Street for 6 traffic lights to large white
building with clock tower -City Hall-. Get into
left lane and bear left 1/4 way then right on
South Broad Street -Ave of the Arts-. Hotel is
on the right.
Direction to the Property from the New Jersey Turnpike -
Follow the turnpike to exit 4.
Follow Route 73 North..then Route 38 West to
Route 30 West. Follow signs for the Ben Franklin
Bridge/2.00 toll/. After crossings for I-676
West and take the exit for PA 611-Broad Street/
Central Philadelphia. This ramp will exit onto
15th Street. Follow 15th Street until you are
next to City Hall. Bare to the left 1/4 of the
way around City Hall..until you hit Broad
Street. The hotel will be on your right hand
side.
